The 1st day of the master class “Applying service design in the development of nursing services in Kazakhstan” started today
The master class is aimed at sharing the results of the service design projects implemented in the Medical Universities of Kazakhstan, as well as sharing experience in implementing and improving the nursing services. Another goal is to educate Kazakhstani experts by teaching nursing service design methodology based on the client’s point of view and in collaboration with practice and end users.
